Sunday Fun

We decided to take a walk to the neighborhood park. It's a beautiful Sunday afternoon and what fun we had at the park. Ethan loves to be outside and never wants to come in.

Luke Days

Today was a fun and exciting day for Ethan. Luke Air Force Base opens up to the public every 2 years for something they call Luke Days. We decided to take Ethan there today. He loves the jets when they fly over our house...he freaks out about them actually. So we knew he was just going to have a blast here. He enjoyed seeing all the jets and planes. There were jet and helicopters that kids could get into. He was able to sit in a helicopter and boy was he excited. He didn't want to get out. But of course there was a line a mile long behind us (which we had to wait in, not fun!). All in all he enjoyed himself and we were exhausted when we got home. As you can see Brendan just sat in the stroller chillin' being a good boy. There will be more pictures later.

Hazen's B-day Party

Today we went to a birthday party for Jason's bosses son, who turned 4. It was a bike party...so Ethan took his trike that Uncle Bill & Aunt Kathy bought him. It was pretty fun...they had supplies available to make license plates for the bikes. We also decorated his bike and then the kids rode in a parade down the street. He had a good time because he was outside and they also had balloons. That's all it takes for Ethan to have a blast. :0)
We are going to have a fun-filled weekend...tomorrow we are going to Luke Days to see all the jets.

My little fireman

Today we met my mom and the kids for lunch by G.V.T. There happen to be firemen there getting lunch too. Well Ethan LOVES fire trucks and makes the siren noise every time he sees one. He made the noise when he saw the truck and the firemen thought that was cute. So they invited him out to the fire truck to sit in it and see the lights flashing. He was in shock. He doesn't smile in any of the pictures but I think he was enjoying it. He was silent and stunned. It was prefect because we got him a fire truck on his birthday cake for tomorrow. The firemen were so nice to him and very generous to let a almost 2 year old sit in their truck.
