Meet...BC Hammer

That is what Uncle Bill calls Brendan. My uncle has nicknames for all of the kids.
Brendan - BC Hammer or Hammer
Ethan - Arms
Tyler - Feets

When he calls Ethan and Brendan it is Arm & Hammer.

We will miss him until his next visit...less than a month away! The boys just love him.

What a mess!!!

This is what happens when Daddy stays home with the kids for the day while Mommy is at work. I am happy to say that I wouldn't have known the house was a disaster expect for these photos. Thanks to my hubby for cleaning up after the tornadoes...Ethan & Brendan.

But I sure love them to death.

Walking...

Brendan is standing on his own and has balance! Plus he is standing about 3 steps before he falls down. I can't believe my little boy is starting to walk. I haven't had a opportunity to catch him walking while having the camera...so I don't have any pictures yet. But I will try to be ready tomorrow with camera in hand.

We finally got our memory card reader for the camera. Jason ordered two of them and they came directly from Hong Kong. That's why it took longer then I expected.

Do Do Trucks

This is what you would find if you came to our house after dinner every night. Ethan has a strange interest in watching garbage trucks. Jason and Ethan have a commitment to sit in front of the computer and watch the doo doo trucks on you tube. And yes Ethan calls the garbage trucks do do trucks.

Looks like a great time, huh? I am sure that they would love for more to join their nightly viewings.

Eating Salsa

Ethan is the only 2 year old that I know that will take the whole container of salsa and start eating it. He LOVES salsa. We decided to get mexican food for dinner the other night and all he wanted was the chips and salsa. That wasn't a tame salsa either. I guess he got his taste buds from his momma. I hate so much spicy/hot food while I was pregnant with him. Uncle Bill would be proud of him and his hot taste buds.

It's been awhile...

It has been several weeks since I posted. We have been very busy in The Christ Household...but I have also lost the card reader for my camera. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to get any pictures off my camera until the new card reader comes in.

Ethan has learned to swim in the pool all by himself! What a great accomplishment for my little man. He is also telling me what things are now while we are driving by. He likes to tell me about the parks, trucks, jeeps, and everything else.

Brendan is standing and balancing without the help of any toy, table, couch, etc. Boy oh boy he is growing up faster then I realized. He goes to the doctor for his 9 month check up on Friday. Should be interesting to know his stats.

Jason is busy at work as usual. Things are busy for me...budget is coming up and I am busy trying to get the docs prepared for the management team. Numbers, numbers, and more numbers.
